Becky was a wonderful hostess and quick to respond to any questions! We had a great stay and were appreciative of all the little touches in the house (shampoo and conditioner, beach towels, coffee pods available etc).

We had a fantastic experience staying at Becky’s home in Emerald Isle! After a rough start at another property, Becky came to our rescue with an incredible last-minute booking. She was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and even had the house ready for us several hours early—truly a lifesaver for our two families (and pets)! The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly located just one row back from the beach. Everything we needed was there, making it easy for us to settle in and enjoy our vacation immediately. Becky’s communication was top-notch, ensuring our stay was worry-free. We had a wonderful time staying at Becky’s place. It was perfect for my family and bridal party. Thank you for the great communication and allowing us to check in early. This is our second time staying here and we absolutely loved it. Highly recommend. It’s walkable to places and being on the beach was perfect!!

We planned a very last minute trip. Becky was very responsive and answered any questions I had. This trip went so smoothly. The house was beautiful and the beach access was extremely close.

My family and I took my son and a few of his friends for his 13th birthday. The home was wonderful. Well kept, clean, plenty of amenities for everyone to enjoy, and a lot of space to spread out. Becky was impressively responsive and went over and above to accommodate us and answer any of our questions. We also met the neighbors that were very friendly and made our time there even better. I would recommend staying here and plan on doing it again myself.

My family had a great weekend visit! The hot tub on the top deck was a major hit. Being tucked in the dunes made the property feel secluded and private while also being able to enjoy the views of the ocean. With only a few steps to the beach it was easy to come and go! The beds and bedding were super comfy- like sleeping on a cloud. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great basketball court and game room!! Our teenagers spent a lot of time in the game room. Pool was also a hit and lots of time was spent in the hammocks as well. Becky was super responsive and accommodating. We would 100% stay here again!

The livingroom area was spacious, along with covered deck outside which had great views of the water - very picturesque. The rental was very complete for things to do, with firepit, pool, hot tub, basketball hoop, pickleball net which can be used in driveway. The way the 5 bedrooms were set up, afforded privacy for our family. The kitchen is very user friendly for making meals and eating in. The large table in dining area accommodated us in comfortable style. There are restaurants/bars nearby if you want to eat out. The beachfront location was perfect; we all enjoyed the beach every day.

We had a great time here! Wonderful location, very close to the beach access and other activities. The house was as just as advertised and the host was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

This place is fabulous! We celebrated a triple twenty reunion of sorts, and the place was great. Guests were anywhere from just leading the way into geezerhood down to an 18 mos. toddler and the accommodations worked beautifully. One house was more of the "party" / play house and the other was the more "quiet" house. Please do be aware that there are full time residences nestled among the houses, so do be considerate of playing loudly outdoors. EZ access to beach. There's a path over the dunes or, if you have a cartload, the public access walkway is right next door. There are also extra essentials if needed such as carts, chairs, etc. The pool proved to be quite the popular gathering spot for cocktail hour. And I recommend the Shark Shack on Friday evening, This is a great spot if you're entertaining a large group of friends / family or even if you're a SCUBA dive group that has non-SCUBA family / friends. Olympus Dive is 5 minutes away in the A.M. and the others have a beach day.
