Oceanfront cottage is in a perfect location walking distance to the main attractions (restaurants/nightlife/shopping) of atlantic beach while also being secluded for privacy. Empty lot to the east and older couple to the west. Great mix of owner occupant and family owned properties on the dead end street providing very limited traffic on the street. We are near a dozens chef inspired restaurants, shopping, sporting stores, and numerous outdoor activities.
